Cuvette systems

Our SPR instruments each have a flexible open cuvette system. Yield the right results with the right cuvette for your application.

We at KEI designed a special cuvette for our setup that have many advantages over generally used flow-cell SPR systems.

The normal cuvette is the appropriate choice for measuring the lowest affinity binding systems as well as the highest affinity binding systems and is standard supplied with ESPRIT and TWINGLE.

A unique electrochemical cuvette was designed to combine electrochemistry and SPR measurements that can be connected to a Metrohm, or any other, potentiostat/galvanostat device, where the users can record the SPR signal as a second signal while performing an electrochemical measurement. ESPR can be used to study e.g. electropolymerization. An electrochemical cuvette, which allows measurements on a 3-electrodes system is standard supplied with the SPRINGLE. (*optional for ESPRIT and TWINGLE).
